mercedes a-class features 2006 tele aid

I've recently changed the front brake pads of daewoo cielo.But still the brakes are too soft and mushy.why?

I've replaced the front brake pads with bosch brake pads.Also when i apply brakes i get this "hush hush " noise.When i asked a mechanic here,he said that is inherent problems of cielo.But i'm not satisfied with it.What else do i need to check?

im guessing you didnt change the brake fluid.

and if you didnt change the fluid, you probably got air in the lines
