Have the engine parts for 1988 Buick Electra Park Avenue become obsolete?

I asked a question on here a bit ago about a seized v6 motor. I went to look up the parts I would need to rebuild it and I can't for the life of me find any parts for it.

Have they stopped making the parts to rebuild this motor? I've already

It's hard to find parts for ANY 20+ year-old automobile unless there's a significant collector interest, and 1988 Buicks are not that interesting.
